PriceYou agree that the workshop seat is $1300 (subject to early-booking discount price) and that the deposit of $450 is non-refundable. The final balance of payment is due by 1 June 2023.

ConfidentialityYou agree that all information and products (including, but not limited to Rebecca Connolly Photography's photoshop actions, posing guide book,birth announcement templates and videos acquired from attending this workshop will remain confidential and that you will not disclose, re-sell or otherwise distribute such knowledge and products.

Coronavirus COVID-19You acknowledges that Australia currently faces cases from the novel Coronavirus COVID-19. While the studio has in place practices to achieve high levels of hygiene to minimise the risk of cross-contamination and the spread of germs, you acknowledge that it is not possible for Rebecca Connolly to guarantee that the studio, herself, other photographers attending the workshop, and/or the models and their family, are germ free from COVID-19. You release Rebecca Connolly from any claims, demands, and causes of action that may relate to COVID-19.

IllnessIf you are sick on the day of the Workshop, or have any virus-like symptoms in the 48 hours prior to the workshop date, you agree to not attend the workshop. Monies paid by you under this agreement will be credited in full to a future workshop by Rebecca Connolly.

Permission FilmingOn occasion, Rebecca Connolly or her associate may film or photograph parts of the workshop for education, training and business purposes. You consent to appearing in any video or photos taken by or on behalf of Rebecca Connolly at the workshop for this purpose.

Future WorkshopsYou agree not to run any newborn photography workshops, mentoring or seminars (either online or in-person) within 12 months of the date of attendance at Rebecca Connolly Photography's mentoring or workshop class.
